Our QOOL Temperature Elements consist of a particularly robust plastic shell, which is filled with so-called Phase Change Materials (PCM) and then sealed. The dimensions of the QOOL Temperature Elements are precisely matched to their use in the QOOL Box. Specially developed PCM formulations make the QOOL Temperature Elements suitable for different temperature ranges. All ingredients are non-hazardous and suitable for use with food.
Deep Frozen (-25°C to -15°C):
Suitable for professional use, such as in the catering industry
Pre-cooling temperature: below -25°C in the freezer
Pre-cooling time: at least 72 hours
Standard Frozen (-20°C to -10°C):
Suitable for frozen food, especially ice cream
Pre-cooling temperature: below -18°C in the freezer

Standard Cool (-2°C to +2°C):
Suitable for particularly sensitive chilled goods, such as fresh fish or meat

Suitable for fruit, vegetables, dairy products, drinks and temperature-sensitive medicines

How does the cooler work?
Our cooling technology is not comparable to other cooling boxes. Vacuum insulation technology is used in space travel and in the healthcare system for organ transport.
The QOOL® technology
For the QOOL Box, vacuum insulation panels are used in all components, which insulate 10 times better than conventional insulation materials. The cooling box can also be described as a large thermos flask in box format.
The Temperature Elements serve as cooling elements and are placed in the box. They contain completely harmless ingredients made of phase change material. Different temperature ranges - from deep-freeze to room temperature - are constantly maintained. They are also suitable for use with food.
