Shipping and Payment

During the payment process, you'll be offered various payment methods to choose from. Regardless of the payment method, you'll receive an invoice for each order indicating the selected payment method. Once payment is received, your order will be processed.

Just a few steps to payment:

1. Select “PayPal” as your payment method at checkout.
2. To complete the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal credentials and initiate the payment. If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can create one and then confirm the payment. Setting up a PayPal account is not necessary for the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, and purchase on account via PayPal.
4. You will then be redirected back to us ( www.qool-products.com ).

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna in each case:
Invoice: The payment period is 14 days from the date of shipment of the goods/ticket/or, for other services, the date the service is made available. The use of payment methods such as invoice, installment purchase, and direct debit requires a positive credit check. Therefore, we will forward your data to Klarna for address and credit checks as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract. Please understand that we can only offer you payment methods that are permissible based on the results of the credit check.
