You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. This can be done directly through our returns portal. More about the right of withdrawal.
If your product arrives damaged or has a defect, please report the defect directly through our returns portal so that we can quickly find a solution.
In the following form, you also have the option to withdraw from your contract within 14 days.

Note on Complaints
Our temperature elements are 100% tested. If they don't freeze, it's often due to the temperature in the freezer compartment – for the Frozen Elements, we recommend at least -18 °C. Tests have shown that many household freezers are sometimes set to only -16 °C or warmer, even if they seem colder.
Additionally, ideally, the elements should have enough space for cold air to circulate well around them. If they are too close together, the pre-cooling time will be extended. It's best to place the elements in the bottom, coldest compartment of the freezer. This way, they will freeze reliably!
