How does the cool box work?
Our cooling technology is not comparable with other cool boxes. Vacuum insulation technology is used in space travel and in the healthcare system for transporting organs.
The QOOL® technology
Vacuum insulation panels are used in all components of the QOOL Box, which insulate 10 times better than conventional insulating materials. The cool box can also be described as a large thermos flask in box format.
The Temperature Elements serve as cooling elements and are placed in the box. They contain completely harmless ingredients made from phase change material. Various temperature ranges - from freezer to room temperature - are constantly maintained. They are also suitable for use with food.

How do I cool the QOOL® Temperature Elements properly?
Please freeze the Temperature Elements in a freezer/chest freezer at a temperature of at least – 18 °C for at least 72 hours. Please take the Temperature Elements out of the freezer/chest freezer. The interior of the elements should now be solid. The Temperature Elements are ready for use immediately and can be used with the QOOL Box.
Please freeze the Temperature Elements in a freezer/chest freezer at a temperature of at least -18 °C for at least 12 hours. Please take the Temperature Elements out of the freezer/chest freezer. The interior of the elements should now be solid. The Temperature Elements are ready for use immediately and can be used with the QOOL® Box.
Please freeze the Temperature Elements in a freezer/chest freezer at a temperature of -18 °C for at least 8 hours. Please take the Temperature Elements out of the freezer/chest freezer. The interior of the elements should now be solid. The Temperature Elements are ready for use immediately and can be used with the QOOL® Box.
