We're glad you chose the QOOL Bottle – your companion for clean, fresh, and smart drinking. With its UV self-cleaning function, temperature display, and intelligent drinking reminder, it makes drinking not only more hygienic but also more convenient.
Safety & warning information
Please read these instructions carefully before using your QOOL Bottle. Improper use may result in injury or damage.
DANGER:
- UV light can be harmful to eyes and skin. Never look directly into the light or point it at skin or animals.
- Liquids above 60°C can cause burns. Pay attention to the temperature display.
- Not suitable for children under 12 years.
- The lid contains sensitive electronics. Please do not disassemble or immerse it in water.
- Not suitable for dishwasher or microwave.
- Only charge the bottle with the included USB-C cable and a suitable power adapter (5V / 0.4A).
- Do not use the product if it is damaged (e.g. cracked, deformed).
- Use the bottle only for storing and purifying drinking water.
Commissioning
Activate display
Tap the display to activate it. (The touch surface is the shaded area on the lid, the display is in the center.)
Start UV sterilization
- Press and hold the powered display for 2 seconds.
- “UV” appears on the display, the blue ring lights up, and the 180-second countdown starts.
- The function switches off automatically once the process is finished.
During UV cleaning, the displayed temperature can be up to 8 °C higher than the actual temperature. UV sterilization only works at temperatures below 60 °C.
Activate drinking reminder
- Tap the display twice quickly.
- The bottle indicator appears and the timer starts.
- Every 90 minutes an acoustic signal sounds and the yellow ring flashes for 30 seconds.
- There are a total of 4 reminders per activation – after that you have to start the function again.
End function
To end a function, simply tap again – either long or double tap, depending on the function.
Color codes & display
light blue ring
0 - 36 °C
green ring
37 - 60 °C
red ring
61 - 99 °C
Other meanings of display colors
- Blue ring + “UV”: UV sterilization in progress.
- Yellow ring flashes + beep: Time to drink – reminder active.
- Red ring flashing: Charging.
- Red ring immediately after UV start: Temperature above 60 °C – UV function not possible.

Cleaning & Care
- Hand wash only with warm water and detergent.
- Do not use abrasives or aggressive cleaning agents.
- Do not immerse the lid in water or put it in the dishwasher.
- Carefully wipe the touch surface with a damp cloth.
- For optimal hygiene, use the UV function regularly.

Your QOOL Bottle contains electronic components. Do not dispose of it with household waste. Please dispose of it at an official collection point for old electrical and electronic equipment – this will help conserve resources and protect the environment.
